  • i had a palm pre a few months ago and it was broken when i opened the package it came in, sprint refused to repair or replace it because appartently my warranty had expired, i only had the phone for 3 fucking days! Screw sprint! Thats why i now use t mobile because there phones dont break instantly! mytouch 3g FTW!!!!!

  • This video really gets me going because ANY customer service representative could credit the account, cancel the contracts, and this would all be over. Sprint would automatically send a check in the mail for the remaining overages (presumably the $350), and the family would be fine. Ugh! BTW, Sprint and Nextel employees are not allowed any paper or writing utensils (even crayons) at their desks. I hope that is atleast a small comfort 2 people out there.

  • This Pitiable company has lost over 8 MILLION customers in the last 31/2 years. Sprint spent 36 BILLION dollars buying Nextel only to ultimately become the Nations largest Prepaid phone Co. The Stupid dirty tricks they have perpetrated on both customers and staff are beyond belief. The chickens have truly come home to roost concerning this Scumbag outfit. They have laid off tens of thousands of ppl in the last 3 yrs. You cannot layoff your way to profitability. Utter Filth.

  • Sprint is terrible. Though this is a big problem the warrant-less wiring tapping that they did for Bush II is absolutely criminal. I would avoid Sprint, ATT, and Verizon at all costs.

  • well i never was with sprint but i was with tmobile and they fuck us over as well so now im with boost mobile i get everything for 50 bucks a month and the people have been really nice to me and also when you get the 50 dollar plan they have recharge able cards so you dont have to use your credit card and no one will get a hold of personal information Tmobile charge my dad to much so i went to something cheap and it works great for me

  • ...although, if ya have sprint and plan on keeping them or just want a plan like mine...tell them you were promised things that never took effect and if ya don't get it you need to be transferred to someone who can cancel your service. they'll do what it takes to try and keep their ppl. good luck if what they say is actually what will show up on your bill though.

  • have had sprint for a long while now and pay around $50-$55 a month for the $99 everything plan with my blackberry pearl. the reason why is because they fucked up almost every single time i called to change something on my plan. they don't know what the hell they are doing and as soon as at&t come to town i'm gettin a freakin iphone.

  • I had Sprint, they made a mistake,Did'nt switch me over to Nationwide plan when I went up north as I requested.They even have record that I called the day before I left!!The Bill should have been $75.00. was $650.00!! I am told to pay the bill till they straighten it out! yeah right!!So now,my credit is screwed,Because the girl did not switch me over as I requested when I called.And collection agency wants $1000.00 now DON'T USE SPRINT!!!   • Dude, that really sucks. I work for sprint, in Monterrey Mexico. and Make 900 bucks a month. I am American though, born and raised in sullivan Indiana. dont ask why I am down here, ( long story). And I feel for you. they do suck. but until I can find a better job, for Mexico standards, I will be stuck with them.

  • Once I was on the phone for like 2 hrs with their tech support or whatever, My one question was "Can you move pictures that r 'saved to phone' onto a computer" PLUS at the beginning I was like "hello? is anyone there?" for 5 mins until someone was like, oh there's someone on the phone.. In the manual, it says you CAN move pictures but, no. or maybe its just that phone btw was a red somethin, i cant find its name. but the guy was awfully nice or I was a really patient 12 yr old.

  • My Rumor phone broke 4 months after I got it. I waited until my insurence was due and then I couldn't get a phone. Sprint is the worst phone company in the world.

  • The 'guy' is a Sprint representative - companies are routinely held accountable for their employees actions. Also, it is Sprint's fault that my wife was overcharged for the phone to begin with. She was charged the non-contract rate instead of the upgrade rate.

  • That is horrid! Who can you trust? I am an ex-sprint customer and find their customer service awful. They had over charged me many times and you have to spend hours to get anything resolved. I hope they make things right with you, best of luck.

  • Do a Google search for Sprint complaints and you'll see hundreds of similar complaints.

  • Sprint Provides a Culture that allows for these things to happen.

    1: They Have A data Base Program Called P2K that allows for your personel information Former And Current Customers to be pulled up at any time.

    2: They will tell you they currently don't use this program any more thats a LIE!!!!

    3: Anyone in the Identity Theft business Should Apply at Sprint... The Information Is Readily Available You get Access Day 1.

  • Call and ask for Accounting! Do not talk to a regular Customer Service Rep! You need someone high in management to deal with the situation. I had similar ID Theft worries when I cancelled my account, so don't give up!

  • hello fellow OKC!! i hate sprint! and it does suck! Sprint is the worst company and i agree! Everytime i was with them..my contract seem to renew itself.. well that changed. Report your problem to the better business bureau, or BBB. They have also violated your contract and should let you go. They have violated mine which im glad that they let me out!!! good luck

  • Wow, thanks for the warning. I had my family switched to Cingular a few years ago (we were on Sprint) and I think we will remain with them. I hope this causes Sprint's business to die down because of their inability to secure information and guarantee customer service.
