Nature can be very cruel. I wonder if these males were trying to take over the herd and need to kill the babies to get the females in heat again? Like Lions? Curious as ive never seen Zebra try to kill one of their own foles.
i dont think so,i think the baby is of another male,or the stallion acting is new and has just taken over the herd,and trying yo kill another males offspring,unusual behaviour though

We think it did. But we don't know for sure. It disappeared behind some bushes after a while.
