it's possible, i have done it, very hard and time takes time. I have noticed in the past when i get "friended" i will distance myself from the girl in a way, and start paying attention to other women. Go to the gym, and pretty much just keep myself busy in constructive ways. When a girl friends you it pretty much means you are to easy...
