Oscar DID won it, his work rate was higher, punches cleaner and more effective, he came forward for more of the fight while mayweather was moving back, he was robbed with that bullshit decision.
BUT considering he was still trading and doing it better until the final bell and Paqauio ended Oscars boxing for good in 9 rounds, mayweather is probably crapping in his pants because he can't avoid facing the real champion for much longer and i can't wait to watch it.
