one would have thought water treatment specialist as some one expert in design of water treeatmet processes and operations .Not to confuse a specialist with water treatment operators /plant managers.Team work is the key.Knowledge that we are dealing with hazardous chemicals ,health and safetly are parmount in addition to make sure no mistake in pouring too much chemicals unattended into wrong place .
