I understand their point , you could be short in each roll , by 5 or 6 pennies , and come up short at the end by 25 dollars or more , my bank makes me write my account number on every roll I exchange....that way , if I fill a roll with slugs , they can deduct it later...its called covering their ass , in a world of "scammers"
