  • yes man i enjoy to see that you are returned, sign of big motivation...how is your bicep now? seems that you don't lose so much strength, 6 months without planche and............you can do planche

  • @bboypg Thanks yeah recovery is going well still take a little while tho

  • very nice, and awesome work ethic.

  • Well, I WOULD call it pretty amazing- great work. Sorry to hear you were injured and I hope everything is or gets back to full strength

  • @baneparkour Thankyou

  • @baneparkour Thankyou

  • Glad to see you again in the game :)

and you haven't lost so much your planche, still good anyway :)

  • @speedyman290 Cheers speedy, yeah muscle memory is a beautiful thing

  • Hey Demus, nice to see you planching again.

How did you progress in your snatch? Got that 90kg now?

  • @GregorsGym Thanks mate, unfortunately no 90 KG snatch, got underneath a few times but wasn't balanced enough to stand up. I think I need to focus on it to achieve some real results, I might take a break from gymnastics at the end of the yr and do only weighlifting for three months or so, but I do find it hard to give anything up even for a little while :)

  • nice to see you're in training again!

  • I would call it an amazing straddle planche! Then again i cant even do a handstand lol. Hope your injury heals 100% if it hasn't already : )

  • @ghavoc Cheers, Still not quite 100%, about 90% or so. Thanks for the kind words tho

  • @Demus15 hey bro what injury you had on your bicep? right now i have a little bicep tear near the elbow.. but its not ripped off.. just little tears.. i dont need surgery.. what did u had?

  • @LittleBeastM Hey mate, me I had a complete rupture at the elbow luckily i had surgery five days afterwards. Have you had an ultrasound or MRI? That will tell you how much of a tear there is, generally if it is a small partial rupture you will recover without surgery but some do need surgery. Be careful tho as I am now certain that three months before I had my full rupture I had a partial. So in some way for me I think the full tear was inevitable. This may not be the case for you tho

  • @Demus15 Just make sure you get it checked and don't do anything stupid for awhile like i did

  • @Demus15 I had a sona.. they couldnt find anything but small tears.. thats what they told me and i hope lol.. how did you get yours? i was holding a planche hands backwards no warm up.. OUCH!!

  • @LittleBeastM Me i tried to do a straight arm felge on rings and kind of pushed up from a back lever to a maltese (not what i was sposed to do) and halfway thru it popped
