I love all these free concerts you give us. I feel like I should send you some money for all this wonderful entertainment. If I was independently I think I would - lol
Wow - nice job learning this by ear. I remember fondly AGONIZING over it as I learned it years back (like 20 years back!), and got it pretty close to the studio cut. I'm a bass player now and haven't played this on guitar for ages, but you've inspired me to pick this up again - let you know when it's up and we can swap notes! :)
Hey, thanks, Billy! I have checked out CIRCA on My Space. Great stuff! BTW, couldn't you pick up the vocals with YES so they can go ahead with the tour? :)
While Dennis is an outstanding classical guitarist and his piece was played cleaner, I have to disagree with FChopin. I like Chris' playing better. It has better flow and the notes are more accurate to the original. But then again I'm a drummer so I may not be able to pick up on the minute things serious guitarists can.
I agree! That was amazing! He is obviously classically trained. Thanks for the name. I hope he posts more Steve Howe songs! I would suggest anyone to view his work.
I agree Steve Howe should see this. Wow. Sure, a few buzzing strings but this is all in one take. And I absolutely love your tone. I'll be checking out all your videos. Bravo.
Realy nice song you're doing . You have a great guitar I think , with a really nice sound and your technique is amazing . This entire song is an autentic machine with that tribal beginnigng and de melody progresion in same way .
Really nice. Your tone is superb. I only like this part of the song. I like the decending strumming chords and the end there around the time when Jon sings "And I hear a million voices singing". The first 12 minutes of this song. are a little much for me. I like Revealing and Remembering the best. Keep up the great work.

The Ancient is so obscure except to we true Yes fans. It is absolutely unique.
One of the true hallmarks of Yes' magical creativity. Thank you Chris.

You did a good job but listen to Dennis mandarino, his playing is better IMO.

Come to think of it, I actually think this is better than the original. It seems to flow better than what Howe did on the album. Great job man.
