I love that first dong - I remember when I was a child in the early 1990s I would switch on ceefax early in the morning to listen to the jolly music! LOL
It is really tuneful, so much so that these tunes stick in my brain all day and I find myself whistling them hours later! Particularly the track which starts at 09.45. It's a pity that this tape, being so short-lived, did not receive a full play (as far as I'm aware).
A nice enough tape, but did tend to get a bit samey as it unfolded. It is just a shame it always brings back memories of the pouring rain from the most miserable wet summer of 1992! :(
Do you have any music from ITV Jobfinder?

Very tuneful, and I'd guess totally underrrated by most fans of test card music! Better than Choco-Coca at least!

By the way, is Start Up the actual name of the tape?

Yes, it was the actual name given to the tape. By the way, no I haven't got the Three Rivers Fantasy so please feel free to e-mail it to me. Thanks.

It does! One of the best of the tape. I love it how the synth sounds a bit out of tune on some of these : )

forget the rain, all that early-morning synthesiser stuff was still enjoyable, what with Time Kode being over on 2.
