hey char was wondering what i could use on very very sensitive skin far as a natural cleanser, moisturizer and make up ? how about a vitamin E oil or grapseed oil for sensitive skin or would a cream be better . I am on my green grl path :) lol also on ur mint and berry site all those products are organic correct? did u personally check them all yourself to make sure they were natural?
@hairbychynaAris Hi Chyna :) good to hear from you. Yes all the products on mintandberry are Organic, natural, free of harmful chemicals and are handcrafted from small independent companies so no mass production. I personally pick and choose what goes on mintandberry and make sure that is what is claims.
@glamology For sensitive skin, there are two companies I LOVE, for Canadian products cocoon apothecary has a great moisturizer for sensitive skin and cleanser. Rosey cheeks and petal purity also for a skin treatment they sell argan oil. I would use this at night twice a week. For a states base company I LOVE Karen botanicals they also have a great line for sensitive skin and a roseca serum. Calendula rose, green tea serum, Gentle soapless lotion. hope this helps :)
hi, i was wondering i origins products would actually be in the category of natural products such as between the 0-2 hazard (under the cosmetic database) ? because i was planning to purchase ORIGINS Brighter By Nature SPF 35 - Skin Tone Correcting Moisturizer to even out my post acne marks
@glamology I would try a home mask with plain yogurt /lemon juice just a little ! apply for 5min once a week. this will help to lighten naturally. exfoliation is a must . what is your skin type ?
I love your videos and your little puppy is so cute! I have been trying to incorporate more natural prodcuts into my routine but its hard because I want really good products too, the hardest thing to find for me has been skin care, alot of skin care gives me rashes and pimples when typically i have clear skin, can you recommend anything? right now I use philosophy and clinique.
I hear ya Jenny it is hard finding the right natural products that work. I have found some wonderful lines that really work. In order to find the product for you can you email me at hello @ glamology . com
here are a couple of questions I need you to answer
I have a question!! How can you minimize/shrink pores?? I have a problem with pores and I will be happy if you could answer them. Thanks! I love your vids!
Thanks:) having a solid skin care routine will really help. Facials also are helpful to clean out blackhead and whiteheads that clog the pores stretching them over time. for routine I would recommend cleansing skin day and night. (remove dirt and oil from skin) moisturize/tone keep skin balanced and tighten pores) day and night. Exfoliate at least twice a week. (remove build up of dead skin cells) and use a refining mask which will also help tighten pores. Eminence has a great one.
I'm a guy and have a girlfriend who uses like a night mask of cream. She always tell me to use one for men because she thinks we're going to get married one day and she 'doesn't want a wrinkly old man in twenty years". What's the best night cream a guy can use? I usually end up with half of my girlfriend's cream all over my own face because...well, you know. But just to make her happy I want to wear a guys' night cream. Thanks. btw you're really pretty!
@DoinThupidThings LOL, Men can use the creams that women use. But maybe since men have more oily skin get a less moisturising cream. I use aloe vera mixed with oil sometimes cause I dont want that "fancy" crap on my face :)
What would you suggest for minimizing pores an getting rid of blackheads? Which product work well, because I have tried a lot of different ones and they aren't working very well.
Cleanse twice a day and make sure you exfoliate at least once or twice per week.
Astringents work well for large pores. Here is a DIY recipe: Clean face thoroughly using any natural cleanser. Apply raw eggwhites to the skin and leave on for at least 15 minutes. Wash off with tepid water.
OOHH! Egg whites really work! I was experementing the other day and put oatmean, yogurt and egg wites together (I would have put honey if I had any) lol and it really minimized my pores. But I have a question, is it bad to leave any mask on your face to the point where it hardends? Cause this mask hardened, but I dont think its as bad as a clay mask. What do u think?

lol - you're too cute. I do recommend to adopt a skin care routine as well to prevent aging:
- cleanse twice a day
- moisturize day/night (or just at night if you dont like the feeling of a cream)
- exfoliate + mask once/twice a week
The right moisturizer/cream depends on your skin type but creams work the same on girls or guys. :)

Astringents/toner work well for minimizing pores.
Make sure you cleanse twice a day and exfoliate at least once a week.
Here's a natural DIY Toner:
1/2 cup lemon juice
1 cup distilled water
2/3 cup witch hazel
Combine all ingredients. Pour into a clean bottle container. Shake well before using. Apply with a clean cotton ball.

I wouldnt leave it on to long cause it could irritate your skin if it cracks and hardens. glad you like it got to try the oatmeal
