i figured it out now as well... on the stage theres papers. pick one up. put bug on lincoln. youll start talking to him. get bug back. bring paper to sybil. go to your office and use bug with phone. choose: i abraham lincoln am that man, this is a date that will be remembered for centuries to come, the time to act is now!

if you did'nt catch all that then look up the sybils date video.
