What's even more amazing is that theres a ride inside Hogwarts. Which is super awesome. And while making the line for the ride, you get to pass by different parts of the school like the Herbology area, Dumbledore's office, and the Defense of the Dark Arts class. I've never been so happy in my life when I went there.

They have butterbeers! In one of the movies Ron harry and Herminey are drinking butter beers in the Three Broomsticks and i know how to make them!!! That taste like pure heaven!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I get to visit it in a few days but Im so excited... I love the books and yes alot of British everything plays a big role in America..... I really don't think the books would have been such a success without it.... I also will be visiting Ireland and England next for the Notre Dame/Navy game in Ireland and I can't wait to visit such beautiful lands....Yeah God Bless America and everyone and everywhere else too....
I went before this was even open and the atmosphere is pretty cool, I mean I know the story doesn't belond to America however they have made a great effort including hiring British staff for this particular area of the Universal Park, making it feel as if you are actual within the Wizarding World :)
Omg I went there! In Disney World, around the time it opened! It was AMAZING! In the ride, you walk in, and it's like the castle. They have the portaits talking, while waiting outside you walk by the herbology place, they have the whomping willow tree inside the ride, the dementors ( it feels really cold when the come out )
It's just amazing. They have the veelas walking around, the train moves, people walk around in robes. Siruis's wanted poster is up and moving.
I am a American and I think this should have have been built in Scotland because that's where hogwarts takes place and other people outside America have feelings to if they didn't discover America we wouldn't be here would we well unless you are black no offense???!!!???!!!???!!!???!!!
Sure Hogs Head is by Three Broomsticks and Olivander's is in Hogsmead, but despite a little geographical blurring, this is the most faithful theme park recreation of any fictional place. ...including at Disney. Prove me wrong.

There's a Harry Potter amusement park but not a Star Wars one that's not right! Star Wars is just as big if not bigger than Harry Potter....or sure there's been Star Wars related rides, like Star Tours at Disney World....but never an entire theme park!.
why didnt they make Diagen ally seeing as Oliveranders isnt even in Hogsmede another massive mistake and the weathers all wrong its hot and sunny it should have been made in England where the weather is right in terms of it being British i dont think JK was very happy about it being made over there its simply ridoulous for somone who comes from the very country that its from to travel 8 hours to orlando just to see it bit of a joke

Has anyone seen the Boyd Bailey video? Boyd Bailey is the North American version of Harry Potter. Boyd Bailey and the Magic Spectrum has a 4-star rating on amazon. It's a cool book with real North American language (no ridiculous British talk).

I waste lots of money going into this park. It was not worth the money, I was very disappointed with the Harry Potter Attraction. The only fun ride was the Harry Potter ride. The butter beer was ginger ale.The Ollivander’s wand shop sucked, because of the hour long wait for nothing. The wands where 30 bucks and they didn’t even consist of real wood. If you are from London, I recommend that you don’t fly over for this Harry Potter Attraction at Island of Adventures in Orlando.

they should have made diagon alley and actually made gringotts a real bank with some sort of currency trade between dollars and wizard money (galleons, shillings) that you can use in the park.... that would have been cool.

Wish I could afford to go there. I would do anything. My childhood was Harry Potter. It was basically the only thing that ever made me happy. I still love Harry Potter. I've been a fan for almost ten years now. I cried watching this..hoping someday I will go. I can't believe that they've actually built it. Just happy kids can enjoy it.. :)
@StStevie96bjfan Rumor has it that they are in talks to expand the park. They're going to take over the space that is currently the mythological area to build Diagon Alley. (It would be pretty damned cool to have Gringotts, especially if they put an ATM in it. ;) )

@weaver2109 well, yeah, I know, but you have to cut them a little slack, the had a limited amount of space and they were probably worrying more about design, accomodation, how easy it is to get to the most popular places for visitors and what not and they must've decided they would have to sacrifice that. I waste lots of money going into this park. It was not worth the money, I was very disappointed with the Harry Potter Attraction. The only fun ride was the Harry Potter ride. The butter beer was ginger ale.The Ollivander’s wand shop sucked, because of the hour long wait for nothing. The wands where 30 bucks and they didn’t even consist of real wood. If you are from London, I recommend that you don’t fly over for this Harry Potter Attraction at Island of Adventures in Orlando.

Youre embarrassing your countries. Acting as if you're speaking on behalf of all of them. they should have made diagon alley and actually made gringotts a real bank with some sort of currency trade between dollars and wizard money (galleons, shillings) that you can use in the park.... that would have been cool.
Also is this park going to have a ful scale hogwarts, because that would cost a fortune to build.

Wish I could afford to go there. I would do anything. My childhood was Harry Potter. It was basically the only thing that ever made me happy. I still love Harry Potter. I've been a fan for almost ten years now. I cried watching this..hoping someday I will go. I can't believe that they've actually built it. Just happy kids can enjoy it.. :)

@StStevie96bjfan Rumor has it that they are in talks to expand the park. They're going to take over the space that is currently the mythological area to build Diagon Alley. (It would be pretty damned cool to have Gringotts, especially if they put an ATM in it. ;) )

@campainr Why should it have been in Britain? Florida is a very profitable location for a theme park, the snowless weather is ideal for a theme park, the films are produced by an American film company, and the rights to a Harry Potter theme park belongs to an American company as well.
