put the pieces together. he has black eye lining, is trying to stab himself, is crying by himself, and is always angry or melancholy. and his hair. i guess thats just a part of a lot of anime though... it has many overly dramatic characters who have unique powers, reflecting how emos only really think about their own bad luck, and therefore they are self-centered. i think i can see plenty tell-tale signs from this. i know some emos, & watched anime cartoons a lot as a kid
