@therealnvy because exercise gets you in the physical condition for example i do exercise for an hour before my practice and we swim for 3 hours with drills, distance,speed ect.

If you look at these young athletes, they have to dedicate their lives to the sport and once they can have some time off they go out and go wild. It doesn't do anyone any harm and if he smoked some weed so what. I guess it would affect his physical condition when he would smoke on a regular basis.
