That's true, but if you don't watch the anime you won't really understand. To safe the world, they had to sacrifice one of the priesterrs. In there past life chikane (black had to kill himeko. Himeko doesn't remember her past life, but Chikane does and she feel guilty, and Chikane is trying to make Himeko hate her, so Himiko will kill her and safe the world, sacrificing Chikane's life.....get it?
