People who win the lottery could benefit buying homes of this nature, restore them and rent them out to the homeless families who could really use a place to call home. It's a shame many let these treasures go to waste. The potential they hold but not discovered.

Where is this place? It still looks pretty solid for having been abandoned so long. It doesn't look like it would take too much to fix up. I've seen videos of buildings that are in much worse shape.
I love videos like this, living in Iowa theres tons of abandoned farmsteads, you just have to drive quite a bit out of town to find them. Really neat video, its almost as if the family stopped right what they were doing and just left......i mean...the dresses hanging up, the stacked books..etc

@GrenadeChick99 Most of the houses I dont think anyone even owns anymore, and if they did, they obviously just up and left without caring, so I couldnt imagine, if you were able to find the previous owners, that they wouldnt be interested in selling the property. Problem is finding the owners would be a pain, alot of the homes can be found on farm property. Talking to the farmers who own the nearby property might help.
its a shame houses go like that and then they say we have to build new ones for all the peaple coming to our countres by the way im in england and would love to live in those old places a little cleaning and good as new
