There are no suture lines showing, no stiches making lines show more. I think however it's best to cut closer to the armpit and insert the implants through there, it's a bit easy to see that she had implants if you're up-close-and-person to her...if u get what i mean

There was a cut in the skin and now that there is an implant in the breast the tension on the skin is much greater than normal. The sutures help to hold together the tissue but the sheer tension from that implant on the surrounding tissue being displaced is going to cause the possibility of a wider scar.  The tape helps to reinforce the sutures to keep tension off of the skin and onto the tape instead.

By placing fat from another part of your body first half will die second it can harden and cause lumps which during a mammogram can look like lumps same as a woman with cancer would have... breast augmentation is a wonderful easy safe surgery... getting prego will make breast larger but after birth can make you have less breast tissue & for most woman saggy....

2nd- they do have a fat grafting system in which fat from another part of your body (buttocks) is transfered to your breasts - granted their is enough available fat, no donors though.

I agree with some parts of what your saying, some people get breast inplants because they dont like the whole of there body and others get it done because of the size or shape of their breasts. actually, if you go through the armpit, they can't recut in that same armpit area when they have to replace the implants.. so you'll just end up with more scars.

and, everyone I heard from says get silicone, because with saline implants when you shake your chest it feels like water baloons inside...

The 10 years thing is just a rumor. You dont have to get them re-done every 10 years. There are only to reason for getting them redone, and that is 1. you want, or 2. you have to. You may want to get them done again because you want them bigger or smaller, or because you wanted a left(because eventually they will sag and are more more likely to because the implant is heavier),or want them removed.And you may have to have them re-done, if they leak or are damaged,or pose a health risk.
