@MarkStau1234: The video quality was already bad because the room was so dark. I tried putting it through a brightness/contrast filter which made it worse due to all of the color artifacts. When I converted it to B/W first, and THEN put it through the brightness/contrast filter, it ended up looking slightly better, and that also gave it that nice vintage quality-Bonus! But all in all it was filmed with a cheap camcorder so not really much could be done about the quality in general.
