Purely out of curiosity who do you think caused the financial trouble in the markets. It was not Paul Daniels or Derren Brown.

Remember who owns the banks and remember the politicians wishes, if you consider that the two go hand in hand there is your answer. The turmoil was caused for a REASON and that is why money was taken out of the markets by the bankers.

Having said that and just in case you happen to be an investment banker, yes I would like to have such a job but I would like to see the game played more fairly. Sure people should be rewarded for doing well but not to a point where an economy starts to suffer. I think we have to draw a line somewhere, rather than these people holding the world to ransom.

History has shown since the Great Depression in the U.S about 1911 I think that these people can with the nod of a politician effectively destroy an economy, create a false market, the latest example of which is "Carbon Trading" or can make millionaires overnight.

Did you ever wonder why the shares in U.S airlines before 911 were being dumped on the market. What did they know that we didn't and who was betting on the outcome.

I do wonder whether the bonuses handed out to people who can look at a spreadsheet and basically guess what is going to happen, or who are privy to information we do not have are actually worth their salaries.

Sure we need investment banking otherwise the planet would just stop but I do question if the salaries are worth the actual work done.

"An American Form of Government". You will quickly see that the terms "LEFT" and "RIGHT" when applied to politics make no sense. as the great sage Mr Icke points out quite correctly, quote
