Its hard for people to except the paradox of consciousness. Half way through your video I got lost in thought about the possibility of a blind person creating sight by memory. As if they reconstructed the world around them with the latent memory of their surroundings. But just the thought of this possibility and the boundaries it would have is fascinating.

I love VSauce! All of this is great though I disagree with with your understanding of conciousness. All things are inherently one, and having come from some form of consciousness all thing are inherently conscious. Are consciousness is tied, connected and at the same time we are in a duality disconnected and metaphorically distant and from it.
Space and time are the same fabric. Our Mind and physical reality contain this same property.

For example: when someone claps in our face we automatically close our eyes without any control over it like a computer instantly responding, yet we are still aware of this response between what we didn't control like the response from our eyes and what we can control like moving an arm. We are aware of our own thoughts which is one reason that people that have strokes become frustrated since they can't process the info

These people do have emotions, but given that they lack empathy, mostly due to cognitive trauma or mutations of the frontal lobe, their emotions revolve around themselves, and they are all that matter in their minds.

Half way through your video I got lost in thought about the possibility of a blind person creating sight by memory. As if they reconstructed the world around them with the latent memory of their surroundings. I realize this would have severe limits and any change or addition to their actual surroundings wouldn't be perceived and become a potentially dangerous obstacle. But just the thought of this possibility and the boundaries it would have is fascinating.
