Hi Sir.. I'm excused from writing an ode, as I am Lisdexic. Phew. Oh and remind me not to call you an Authoress. I don't know why people even refer to it as that. I mean, women are not refered to as a pilotess or doctoress. lol, it's madness. Anyway, goodluck with your ode responce, and you too have a good weekend :)
It's amazing how long I've managed to fool people into thinking I'm of the female persuasion. :D
Literally every person who asked me the "what do you want to be" question brought up the A word. I guess it's sort of like actor/actress... but I still can't stand it. So you should be fine as long as you don't call me an authoress. :D
PIANO! IN THE GARAGE. I have fantasies about growing up and having a house and kidnapping the piano from my parent's house and taking care of it and learning to play.
Authoress isn't something I came across a lot. Usually if I told people I wanted to be a writer they'd just pat me on the head. Or do the vocal equivalent by saying 'yes dear, that's nice, but what are you going to do to make a living?'
You can kidnap mine if you like. It needs some tuning and possibly a bit of repair, but it's a lovely piano otherwise. :D I play a keyboard now, because it allows me to plug my headphones in and pretend I am a maestro when in reality I am... not.
Oh yeah, I got that other comment, too - mostly when I was a bit older. Authoress is seriously a horrible word. I hope I never ever hear it again in my life.
Yeah, it's sort of like the actor/actress thing, except it's pretty rare now. But for some reason, EVERYONE used to tell me I wanted to be an authoress when I was little. Ew.
Quirky and unusual is just what I want to see! Odes are so much fun, purely because you don't have to take them seriously at all. In fact, I think they're BETTER when you don't take them seriously. :D
You may have a point there. Still, feel free to sleep in on Saturdays - I'll be around all of Sunday. :P Honestly, getting up and doing stuff... is that any way to waste a weekend? :D
And if I read your mind, it's only fair because you must have read mine about the idea of Tuesday Katie doing a duet with herself. But I wanna hear your ode now! You've raised all this anticipation about it.

Choose carefully the discourses from ones mouth.
Exacting exclusive devotion, One should avoid.
Because lives is petulant to personate paranoid.
And it's unclewooly not woody, grrr. lol

You should definitely be more worried for him, I mean, Hi BOOBIES! Can I do an Ode to an Ood?
Also, I love you man!
Wiccanslyr 2 years ago
I know! It's not like I'm hiding them or anything. I was just standing there, thinking, "Did he just call me what I thought he called me?"
PLEASE DO AN ODE TO AN OOD. Please.
*squishes you*
You're gorgeous. :D

An ood? How odd!

But if I weren't on Twitter at Horrible O'Clock on a Saturday morning you would hardly ever get to talk to me!
Odes. Oh, man. I think I read your mind, but I assure you, my ode won't be airing for awhile.

whats an ode? :P
darkrealm666 2 years ago
You didn't learn that in English language? :P
"Oh blinking cursor on my screen,
You are so irritating,
You mock me with your syncopation,
So I will keep you ever waiting."
Odes express your admiration for something. In poem format. Rhyming is optional. :D
