use Camstudio Its the best recorder

it has no tag and its free! Well Hypercam is free to but for registered hypercam you gotta pay so you better you Camstudio :)

@icejoe246 its true,Camstudio is better, but Hypercam, I find, is easier to use, like the select window, or you can make a box anywhere on the screen, Idk camstudio better quality, hypercam easier to manipulate.

Hypercam records what your screen, so you can record you playing runescape. You can get it by downloading from google, just search Hypercam download.
