  • I got the shellac on my toes and it lasted for over a month without chipping!

  • @pyrenees49 Yes, I completely believe that. We use our fingers so much! It does last a longer time when it's applied to the toes.

  • I am a new nail tech and I purchased a 36 watt uv lamp. Can I use this lamp to cure Shellac? My only problem with this uv lamp is that it only has a timer for 90 seconds and 120 seconds, can I still use it for Shellac?

  • you can get this shellac at whiteville beauty supply

  • Lilly, Sorry that happend to you! But A lot of Techs are not putting in on correct???? My cleints nails last up to one month! So I am very sorry to hear that!! You need to find a new tech, one that knows how to apply and take it off correct! Nails By Denyce (FaceBook)

  • My Shellac peeled off in a few days. I am a nail biter and ruined a few ends but it totally peeled off my pinky easily. Not sure if that is normal ?

  • @LillySydney Well, you should probably get it down by someone else...sometimes if the person doing it gets distracted, he/she won't apply it correctly. Also, if you bite them, they will definately peel. I had a biting problem until I started getting the Shellac done....I don't bite them anymore :) I chewed a lot of gum! LOL!

  • @LillySydney if you bite your nails. then the shellac won't have any free edge to hold on to.
