What happen to the skis the climer was wearing?

He drops them one by one, then stands on the skis that the people on each side of him are using. then he climbs from there

We did it on the first try, the guy who was on the top has excelent balance. It's really not hard, just dangerous for the person on the top, because he can't fall fowards since he will get hit by two skiers if he does.
