  • Jack in the Crack, lol!!!

  • You said Jacelyn was a twin pregnancy?

  • See I'm on Week 7 right now and the thing I'm loving right now are the Jack In the Crack 2 tacos for 99cents!!! AND their jalepenos poppers! Yum!!!

  • @xxxandieapplesxxx orrrrrrrrrrr 99 tacos for 2 cents ;) haha Like seriously....I wonder who that commercial is geared too?? Umm haha I saw that first time earlier today & cracked up laughing. Sad thing is, every pot smoker in the us is going ummm taco's now, ha

  • hi hun congrats on your pregnancy,i had my scan on 13th dec making me 11weeks 4days ,my EDD is 06/30/11.

good luck ,and i look forward to watching more vlogs xx

  • @mumziemoo50 Congrats & Good Luck :)

  • Girl... i craved beef jerry with my daughter too!! : )

  • @avalove09 yumm!

  • I craved jerky w/ my daughter lol

that's how i knew i was preggers! (I was a vegetarian @ the time! Lol)

  • @LeihaRyan Lol yep, that's how I was w/ my daughter. Ever since her I dabble here in there w/ meat, usually chicken.

  • O, okay. I was intending to tell you that your kids to the cutest things and they are very smart. I watched you doing sign with them and that's incredible. I can't wait to be a family of 4. It's so hard trying to conceive, I just hope it happens soon. I will sent a message to your inbox to tell you a little more about my situation and maybe you can give me some advice : )

  • @MEMEME87066 I replied :)

  • HaHa i had that Problem in the first 12 weeks of pregnancy . Everytime i would brush i would gag it was so bad, Im now 25 weeks and i still sometimes find my myself gagging haha so funny!

  • @Shereezy87 Oh my, hoping mine doesn't last 25 weeks.

  • I'm so excited to hear about your ultrasound that your having today! Please make a video soon! I have my next appointment next week when I find out the gender and I just cannot wait!! And wow it looks like your weight is fluctuating quite often, I wonder why that is.

  • @LovelyLady1090 Will do :0

  • Brushing the teeth with morning sickness is the worst!!! I actually ended up switching toothpaste because mine got so bad. It was to the point that every time I smelled mint, I would gag. I ended up switching to a vanilla mint by Crest (which NEVER sounded okay before I was preggo), but it saved my teeth during the pregnancy. LOL

Good luck, and I hope your morning sickness lifts quickly this time around!

  • @Becky062009 Vanilla Mint? ewww lol

  • I'm about 6 weeks and 4 days and oh my the morning sickness is the worst!

  • @leahestey I'm 9 weeks now & it's starting to get better

  • I feel like it's a boy, I don't know why! But are you still going to wait til the birth to find out the gender? I simply just cannot wait. I'm 17 weeks and the suspense is killing me!

  • @LovelyLady1090 yep, still waiting till the big birth day!

  • I'm so excited for you guys! I bet your will have two great little helpers when this baby comes! You look so little! Are you very tall?

  • @Butterfly0258girl Thank u! I'm 5'3.5"

  • @xxxjoelpolexxx Me too!! And I always say the extra "1/2"! It counts when you're not the tallest by any means!

  • How can u be soo excited nd positive when u've had miscarriges before? Ur such an inspiration how do u do it??

  • How can u be soo excited nd positive when u've had miscarriges before? Ur such an inspiration how do u do it??

  • @Jussdoinme Have to have faith. Besides regardless God has a plan for us & sometimes you just have to believe. If this pg ends in a miscarriage I'll be thankful to have YT's support.

  • Yay!!! Ultrasound tomorrow!!

  • @MissLauraC213 Yep :)

  • i was wondering if you could do a video on how you guys are dealing with potty training? We are starting with ours and would love to know how you guys are doing it.

  • i was wondering if you could do a video on how you guys are dealing with potty training? We are starting with ours and would love to know how you ugys are doing it.

  • @karleen101 If your referring to Jacelyn she's been potty trained....but w/ Kacen we haven't really started. We're more so in the introductory stage. We've introduced the toilet how it works, have him flush, he says bye bye to what ever is in the toilet when someone goes potty. He goes w/ us when we go. He sits on it sometimes when he wants to which is rare (but just for the fun of it really). He started bringing me his diaper AFTER he went #2. We're not going to take it too serious though..cont

  • @karleen101 PART 2: until it starts to warm up outside, unless he starts showing signs he's really ready before then. Otherwise we'll wait till it's warm & start playing in the back yard (privacy fence) w/ no bottoms on & I imagine it will take him a couple of weeks but he'll pick up on the cause/effect & since we'll be outside there will be no carpets/tile to clean.

  • @xxxjoelpolexxx

I found a book called "Diaper Free" & lent it to my friend who had a newborn (5 day old) she read it and applied it right away- her baby was pretty much diaper free & she raved about it. I'm pregnant & will be getting the book back from her & will do a review of it maybe (never done vids for youtube ;) The concept is that alot of other countries don't use disposable diapers. The writer of Diaper Free noticed that Moms in India were getting off long distance travel buses...

  • @Sienna10Sunz Elimination Communication is what we call it here. "ECing"

  • @xxxjoelpolexxx

The Mothers would make sounds & apparently are very aware of the cycles of their babies, and the babies would go pee...or otherwise. Basic 101 is that there is a separate sound for going # 1 and # 2 - I looked up some vids on Youtube but there really wasn't much...just wanted to share this with you in case you like the concept ;) Best of Luck Ma! xo

  • @Sienna10Sunz Did u ever watch the show Blossom on tv back in the day? She does that w/ her boys, EC.

  • that is how i was whenever i brushed my teeth when i was pregnant...the funny thing is that i felt like vomiting as soon as i would wake up and i would vomit yellow liquid which i'm assuming is bile, and as soon as i would brush my teeth i would gag again lol

  • @23kleopatra Ohhh the yellow vomit, don't remind me. Been there done that. lol

  • Lucy I had the same thing with my pregnancy. I tried watching tv whilst brushing as distraction seems to stop the gagging. Also I would use a finger brush which seems to help with brush positioning and doesn't seem to cause as much gagging.

  • @sally4619 I'm going to try a kids brush if it gets any worse.

  • @xxxjoelpolexxx That's a great idea. Good luck!

  • Brushing my teeth made me gag till about week 15. Sorry hun *hugs

  • @frogslovegreen Thanks!

  • I didnt get to see my baby until week 12!

  • @Taryn72 Ugh that's forever!

  • I didn't ever crave anything, but most sweets did make me sick (even smelling them) which friend still swear was the sign that I was having a boy....

  • @Ayanna716 :)

  • Is the little joey trim?

  • @kyleandjessP Yes

  • what is a jack in the box? lol

    that bumps coming along!

can't believe you are almost 2 months!

  • @ReillyAJ Jack in the Box-I was referring to a fast food join. However there is also a Jack in the Box toy, which is a all time classic of all childhoods. I'm 8w5d now :)

  • I used to gag all the time when i would brush my teeth when i was pregnant.

  • @txsfynst210 It sucks!

  • Do you want your baby to be a boy or a girl?

  • @emilyisatexasgirl I'd love one more of each BUT since I'm not sure I can handle this again so maybe just this one & what ever God decides to bless us with :)

  • That realyl stinks you have to pay for ultrasounds, do you guys not have insurance? Most insurance covers them? Don't you worry what will happen if something really bad happens to anyone?

  • @littlebabyladybug Insurance doesn't cover MW expenses....

  • AWWWWW! I never thought I'd be commentiong on how cute diapers were, but those new cloth ones are absolutely adorable!!!! <3 Continued prayers for a smooth and uneventful pregnancy!

  • @MenollytheBeagle Thank you :)

  • Our doctors office wouldn't see me untill I was about 11 weeks pregnant!! lol! So happy about your pregnancy!!

  • @TheOrtonsLife Oh that sucks :(

  • you made me laugh so hard luck about jack in the box that is not my favorite place either lol to eat when i am on the girly thing makes me feel blah and same with brushing my teeth it bites:( I am glad your doing much better you look great:)

  • @MARIAPRESCOTT09 Thanks hun

  • Cant wait to see your ultrasound video. My husbands bday is the 13 he will be 32. How many kids do you want to have? I sympathize with what your going through, my family has had 7 deaths in the last year and a half. Including my Dad his brother, my Uncle,my grandmother and 3 cousins. One of whom just died 2 days ago. But the hardest by far my daddy he died in August. I miss him so so much.

  • @footballmontana So sorry to hear that :(

  • how come u have to pay for ultrasounds .. iv never had to pay for tehm Yay canada !

  • @nextinlineforsuicide Medical care isn't free...nothing's free here, lol I wish. We pay for EVERYTHING & I do mean everything when it comes to medical.

  • @nextinlineforsuicide Canada's where it's at! :) Haha.

  • Try taking ginger. You can get it in pill form or chews. For the nausea...works great, is all natural and u can take as much as you need. Worked wonders for me.

  • @Itstrue01 Thanks!

  • i love how you write on the fridge with the magnets. the diapers are so cute!

  • @elisam34 ;) Thanks

  • I am 21 weeks and still gag when I brush my teeth! I used to have almost no gag reflex and ever since I got pregnant I gag really easily!

  • @tefferrs Oh no hope it goes away soon for u!

  • Lucy...I'm 37 years old and my mother STILL chokes EVERY TIME she brushes her teeth! She said it started when she was first pregnant with me and never went away. Hopefully for you it will be short-lived! For the constipation have you tried prunes, pear juice, or Fiber One Bars? I have IBS and have had bouts of severe constipation. Those are natural remedies you can try...

  • @mindy573 I hate prunes, not a fan of fruit really so pears are a no go. Never tried fiber one bars but they sound gross. I've tried pills & softners & such but maybe it was just the brand I dunno but it just made it worse! :(

  • @xxxjoelpolexxx Fiber One bars are actually not gross. They come in different varieties, many with chocolate...

  • @mindy573 I'll have to try them.

  • Those diapers are too cute! I've never seen anything like it before. Are they expensive?

  • @MEMEME87066 They can be depending on where u buy them, but I wait to buy till a discounted baby bargain site is carrying them at a deep sale.

  • You are so not the only one that is going through the gagging and brushng teeth thing. I thought I was just extra sensitive cuz I was vomiting 7 times a day and everything made me gag. Ugh horrible pregnancy symptom!!!

  • @justinecalgary 7x's a day? That's horrible!

  • Omg I totally have a problem brushing my teeth. Im pregnant with my second baby now (due Jan. 18) and I didnt even really have that much sickness with this one and I still have trouble brushing my teeth lol.

  • @meggyloo22 Sounds like everyone has the teeth issue :(

  • you should get one of those heartbeat things from babies r us. they are pretty cheap and I heard my son at 6 weeks

  • @liltink8869 I hear they aren't that great, the reviews on them are pretty bad usually.

  • yep, I can't go near my back teeth without gagging, I can't even brush my tongue!!!!

  • @Ericairock Sounds like everyone has the teeth issue :(

  • I had the same problem with gagging and brushing my back teeth (especially my tongue) I throw up a lot while brushing, not fun. My nausea also lasted till about 17 weeks which really sucked. I tried everything I don't think anything but time works :( Good luck

  • @ErinandJon1 17 weeks? Ugh, I hope it doesn't for me.

  • ohh Lucy I am so happy for you. I can't wait to get pregnant too. I need to lose least 30 pound pray for me please Lucy. hugs

  • @Animatorbluesky Good Luck on ur weight loss journey!

  • I liek that plaec we do nto have it here

  • It's most definitely a GIRL! ahhh :)

  • @themoomoo626 We'll see in a few months :)

  • Thanks!! im really thinking about midwives now!! With my daughter they thought she was going to be a little person cuz she was measuring 4-6 weeks behind. I was due April 28th didnt have her till may 15th! got induced twice!! it was horrible i hated it sooo much. She came out perfectly normal! i had had to go to genetics dr every two weeks. After labor i had to get pitocin again cuz my uterus kept bleeding. Now that i hear ur stories im very hopeful to do a midwife instead of an obgyn!! Thanks

  • @heymeranda Yep, I got pitocin shots in my inner thighs to help stop bleeding. They had to manually massage my uterus every 15-30 minutes the first few hours, then every hour the next day. I had to stay an extra day longer than the usual "new mom" b/c of it.

  • Aloe Vera juice is good for nausea, packed with nutrients too!!! You can get it for 5.79 at iherb DOT com.I made chicken spagetti the other night, it's SO good. The little joey/NB diaper is soooo cute!

  • @Lovesenduringpromise Never heard of aloe vera juice...

  • The only time I got sick when i was pregnant with my son is when I brushed my teeth! It wasn't fun :/

  • @rachg09890 Doesn't sound fun!

  • omg, i had the same thing with brushing my teeth. it was awefull!

  • @chickbiker07 Yep, I dread brushing mine.

  • omgosh yes i hate brushing my teeth now especially my tongue that has happened to me ever since week 5 and im now 14 weeks i hope it goes away i hate gagging ughh

  • @Lexielovesutube Gagging is NEVER fun!

  • Hiii!!

Well, I had a HORRIBLE time trying to brush my teeth in the 1st 16 weeks. Sometimes I would throw up from smelling the toothpaste in my husband's breath. My dentist told me to "be brave" and brush often in the day, so I bought a brand of paste for kids. Didn't help much. I would then clean my teeth with nothing but the brush & water. Now at 25 weeks I'm back "to normal", even drinking coffee - which I had loathed since I got pregnant.

Hope your "brushing sickness" goes away soon!!

  • @liria1010 I don't mind our toothpaste luckily. "Be Brave" is easier said than done, lol

  • @xxxjoelpolexxx True!! LOL!! I'm afraid of what my dentist will say when we meet again. =)

Oh, I just found out I still can't stand the smell of the liquid soap we have in the restroom (Gotta get rid of it) That's something I guess I'll have to cope with till my boy is born (next March)... or till I throw that away... LOL

By the way, I loved the shirts Kacen and Jace are wearing in the picture in the background of your Youtube page. They'll be cute big sis and bro!!

    Hugs from Brazil.

  • Hahaha I love the little magnets on the fridge!!! nice way to add it in the video. I have a out of the blu question if you dont mind answering. I recently applied to be a surrogate. What are your views on the subject?

  • @MommybyNature I think surrogacy is wonderful gift to give.

  • I love how u always change teh fridge marks:-) I think its a girl ;-)

  • @saschaandkarin :) We'll see in a few months :)

  • YAY, Just found we are prego with #2. My son just turned 9 months old. Im still nursing him and I realize your still nursing your man so what did your doc and/or midwife tell you about it? I heard its hard on the body, but I would love to continue though this pregnancy.

  • @ginaginadr Congratulations! It can be pretty demanding but most of all u just need to make sure ur taking in enough calories for you all and eating SUPER healthy!

  • When I brushed my teeth during pregnancy I always gagged...

  • i also had dandruff when i was preggers with my son. i had no idea why!

  • @LittleMrsMommy I wonder if there is a connection or what?

  • omg the little joey is adorable, lol!!

  • @LittleMrsMommy sooo cute!

  • my RE recommended vitamin b6 for morning sickness ... I think you can take up to75 mg.... also I think ginger tea and sucking on like those candied ginger things you buy to season food.... that may be whats in her tincture I don't know...... it definitely helped but didn't take it away completely... just made it more bearable...

  • @Janarae18 bearable sounds easier thats for sure

  • I will be 30 weeks Dec 10th. For about the past month I have had the dander issue. I was just thinking it was the cold weather. I had the hardest time brushing my teeth. Just getting to where I can feel like I actually get them clean. I would make my self so sick of a morning. If you can brush several times a day that helped. I am SO ADDICTED to pregnancy vlogs :-)

  • @jabkrb77 Congrats on being 3/4ths of the way done!!!!!!!!!

  • im just curious...could you do a vidoe or pics on your cloth diaper stash will all of your diapers that you have?? I am so curious. Im a freak, I love them and I feel like I am becoming addicted. If I would have never came accross your videos, I would have never breastfed or even thought about cloth diapering. Thank you for helping me change the eay I did things for the better!!! You are awesome Lucy!!

  • @jaynkayford I'm sure I can in the future, they are almost always never all cleaned at once though....when ever that happens I'll try to remember :)

  • How many newborn CDs do you plan on buying? This is going to be my first time CDing and I don't know how many newborn ones to buy.

  • @BrookeButcher1987 Around 18 I think. It really just depends on how often u want to wash ur diapers really.

  • I was 9 weeks and 4 days the first time we saw our baby and we were able to hear him ion the doppler. Omgosh what if your pregnant with twins again???

  • @08MarineWife Ohhh I've had the question a lot here lately & it makes pretty nervous to be honest. That would mean 4 kids ages 3 & under. With my history of pre-term labor I'm just it would be a very eventful pregnancy leading to a hospital birth which I don't want, so I have to admit if that was the case there would be more initial fear than excitement. There is NO WAY I could leave my babies in teh nicu & ever not be by their side. I just couldn't do it.

  • Those little diapers look like pads when they are open they are that small :) so cute

  • @stephleephoto lol that is sooo true!

  • jack in the crack! AH HA HA! ROFL! that is hilarious, we don't have a jack in the box here but I have never heard of that, lol! you are so funny!

  • @ljewkes ;) it's a REALLY REALLY oily greasy food joint that is usually commonly found in or near the ghetto.

  • @ljewkes part 2: however that doesn't stop me from liking their egg rolls, ha

  • I am so excited for you lucy! you are so happy and glowing!! I love watching your pregnancy vlogs, I went back to your other pregnancy vlogs and watched a few, they are the best! :) very entertaining.

  • i brush my tongue along with brushing my teeth and it makes me throw up a little every day...grrrr

  • @Darkcharmer1991 Yep, I hear that lot now after this video, seems to be common.

  • I started gaging brushing my teeth too! haha I thought I was the only one!.....it may sound weird, but I'm finding if I brush my teeth in shower it's a little better - maybe give it a try? :D good luck! (PS I'm 25 weeks and the gaging is still happening! - boo!)

  • @salemsaunders I have no where to put my toothbrush in the shower that would make me still want to use it when it came time to need it, lol.

  • I hated waiting until nine weeks for the ultrasound. Especially since I found out at the four week mark that I was pregnant, then got told I was ten weeks by the measurements! I knew a month into it that I was pregnant and had to wait until a fourth of the way through until I could get a picture. :( Just unbearable. Funny how looking back let's you know what you want done differently for future pregnancies (for me anyway). My doc was kind enough to schedule an extra one when I asked.

  • @7474jd Woo hoo getting to skip a week is nice!

  • Those diapers are just so tiny and c u t e!! You forget just how small they really are until they are in your hand again. I was wondering, have you thought of sleeping arrangements for when the baby is here, or is it still too early to think about that? And I forgot, you plan on homeschooling don't you?

I can't believe you're already 7 weeks! Time is going by fast!

  • @TiffanyPanini So very true! The baby will sleep in our room like our other two did (Kacen still does). Yes-homeschooling :)

  • I know what you mean. Everytime I brushed my teeth I started gagging it was awful. I never had actual morning sickness just the gagging where you think you are, but then nothing happens, and brushing my teeth is what always brought it on LOL

  • @crowenessa Yep, brushing teeth can do that to ya

  • I bought some lil joeys too, they're SSOOO cute! I'm doing vlogs now and we have some interesting baby making going on so you should check us out.

  • @17701326 :) Will do

  • I vote twins! A girl and a boy! Hahas.. No, I'm just joking, though twins would be extremely cool! I vote girl, but something tells me it's gonna be a boy. Oh, and YAY for 8 weeks this week! (:

  • @agneslaura10 WE'll see :)

  • With my Daughter i had soo many complications During Pregnancy, During Labor, During Everything. I couldnt enjoy it what so ever. Because i was so worried about her the whole time. And i had a regular Obgyn. My question is Can u have a Midwife if u had complications with your previous birth? And why did u choose a Midwife?

  • @heymeranda Yes you surely can! I was the same way w/ my daughter. The entire first trimester we went back & forth between Dr's due to "high risk" w/ twins. Then the miscarriage. We finally switched perm. to a new ob/gyn that we loved. I had issues w/ protein in my urine, high blood pressure, she was so low she was literally pushing my bladder into my birth canal, which caused a whole other issues w/ UTI/Bladder infections. Excessive weight gain. We were told via ultrasound her stomach was too

  • @heymeranda PART 2 small & measuring 3-4 weeks behind the rest of her body. Via ultrasound they also said we had low fluid and they almost did an emergency csection around week 35/36. We were in the hospital twice to stop perterm labor, and we were going in for ultrasounds weekly & NST's weekly (following the ultrasound) from week 34 up till I gave birth. I almost bleed to death giving birth, turns out her stomach was fine & I had TOO MUCH fluid and my placenta/her cord was twice the normal size

  • @heymeranda Part 3: So w/ our son we decided to have a MW/homebirth. @ his 20 week scan we found EIF on his heart was his a small calcification. We never had to see a Dr & we still go our homebirth. A friend of mine's daughter only had a 2V umbilical cord, she still had her MW/Homebirth. W/ my son I also had low blood pressure, low glucose, & high leukocytes my entire pregnancy for no known reason. The care is better w/ a educated caring MW IMO.

  • "My husband says I have big knuckles" I feel ya there..... And referring to hearing your baby, you can go to babies r us and they sell a prenatal heart listener where you can hear the baby anytime in the womb and its only like 14.99. I dont know how good it works or anything like that but it's something you can look into.

  • @MeLoveLexi The reviews on them were never good the last time I checked (2 yrs ago) so we never considered buying one from there ever since.

  • maybe try jello for the ms... just a thought cuz i was just eating it lol

  • @imayummygirl Oh Gosh I haven't had jello in forever

  • I first heard my babys heart beat at 7weeks.make a video of your midwife visit:)we all would love to hear his/her heart beat!

  • @samiNtyler :) Will do

  • Oh I gag when I brush my tongue, but not my back teeth....lol Those are the cutest little diapers!! I need to start ordering some!! Do you use the cloth diapers when your out in town, or do you use disposable when you out and about??

  • @amweeks0504 When we're OOT we use disposables b/c it's just easier.

  • @amweeks0504 part ops, i thought u meant when traveling....when we're out shopping and stuff we still use cloth, only time we don't is when we're traveling a distance & gone for a few days away from home.

  • I could not brush my teeth without gagging or throwing up with my first son, it was awful. I hope it passes soon for you.

  • @leenybean212 Thanks!
