  • put your feet on the pegs when you ride and you'll find it is *much* easier to control your bike.

  • You know, you idiots, BMW's are heavy, and they are hard to pick up, if he dropped that motorbike, it would be a real struggle to pick it up, you all pretend to know everything, like you are experts with motorbikes, but your wrong, Halfthrottle is really good with motorbikes, he crashes, but then again at some stage almost every one drops the motorbike, and I dont blame him, if he was scared its better if he goes slowly and gets across

  • Was ein Idiot, sorry.

  • the other people crossing that bridge are like, what a dipshit!

  • Nice job, man - ignore these poseurs ...

  • Good for you man! Viva EL Salvador

  • estos americanos (gringos) solo son inventos jajaja man you need to be carefull about what you do and go in central america hahaha!! just a tip =)

  • Your fluent Spanish was a great help with the locals.

  • It was good man

  • you suck a loooot of dick!

  • wide as fuck and it has nets... wtf u crying about???i could have driven a car across that. FAIL

  • @speedoracle Yeah you are right. Thanks.

  • @halfthrottle My mum could walk through that

  • By the way, why didn't you took one of the main rodes?!?!?! @halfthrottle

  • @mrdeviant I was crossing the river in order to get to a main road. I could have turned around to get to one, but it would have meant backtracking 2 or 3 hours.

  • @halfthrottle Well, I guess the landscape was worth the trouble ... but that bike looked way to heavy for that bridge ... also, on what episode did you visit Guatemala? did you liked it? :D ... I wish I could do this kind of trips through my country, and unto others ... that's just awesome ... did you encounter any trouble on any country?

  • @mrdeviant Guatemala is nice, but I always have bad luck there with the police and border crossing officials. On this trip I was forced to stay at the border for 4 days. I tried to bribe them, they told me I had to take a bus to Guatemala City and pay a fine for some paper work problems, and I could leave the bike with them at the border. On the 5th day of getting no where with them I rode to a different crossing and just ran the border, had to do it again on the Mexican side

  • ewww those are some ugly ass cases!!!

  • IF I SEE YOU IN EL SALVADOR I WILL TORTURE YOU UNTIL YOU SHIT AND DIE

  • twardziel!!! twardy jak ołów :)

  • it's only scary when you're sober

  • that boy who helped you to cross the brige is my friend his name is Geovany

  • @MrSnuppy21 Are you serious? That's amazing! There are so many nice people in El Salvador. It was good of him to help me, but the best part was that I handed him my camera and he filmed me. Tell him thanks for me.

  • now he has to get back the seem way

  • I'd be wheelying across that beeotch.

  • FALTA DE HABILIDADE....

  • That is absolutely awesome ! Live it up man .. what else does life have to offer anyways ...

  • dam man thats a big bike

  • u musta looked like a retarded alien to the people, yippie kye eye ye

  • what were yhu doing in EL Salvador?

  • @jmcrzylov I was on a motorcycle ride through central america.

  • @halfthrottle thats soo cool i wish i could! how was it? were else you go?

  • @jmcrzylov It was a great trip, notice the title of this video has an (ep. 35) in it. Check out the other Episodes to see all the other places I went to on the adventure. Starting at episode one might be a good idea.

  • Man got to love the rich dudes that barley know how to ride the bike even if they can afford them while insulting they guys helping him get his bike across the bridge. Awesome dude.

  • @xrmountainman Man, if only beautiful woman were as easily tricked into thinking I was rich.

  • @halfthrottle Well the fact still stands that you can afford to ride a 20k bike. Don't get me wrong I would love to own one but as you might have picked up from my handle I ride a xr650 a $3000 bike cause that's what I can afford, and I would ride the shit out of that bridge.

  • @xrmountainman I worked hard, saved a lot of money, spent 13k on the bike, and put the rest of my life on hold so I could do this 3 month trip. I didn't have a car, house, etc. Nothing mattered to me but the adventure. Honestly, I barely did know how to ride that motorcycle. I bought it a month or two before leaving on the trip. You may be able to ride the hell out of that bridge, but you only know about this bridge because while your talking, I'm doing.

  • @halfthrottle Yeah man do it up. Live life. What you done is well worth doing. You don't have to defend yourself to me about it. Don't think for half a second that if I had the chance that I would not be out doing as well but sometimes you just don't have the chance.

  • @xrmountainman Make it a priority, maybe someday you can make the trip. Your XR would do fine on a trip like this. At least spend some time riding in Mexico. Easy paperwork, and limitless adventure.

  • @halfthrottle Yeah it might take me a few more days to make it to the boarder from the east coast than you. But believe me I would if I could.

  • I was pulling for you, great driving...

  • Not a lot of room for error, thats for sure....& thats a damn big/heavy bike but the bridge seems to be well built, still I'll bet you didn't think that at the time?! If you wanna see a scary bridge though, go to Brainrotting...the bridge that Graham had to cross was only just a bridge! Glad that you made it though, that was one hell of a rise just to get onto the bridge, take it easy on the road mate. Cheers.

  • @anzac2404 I've seen the brain rotting episode. That was insane I can't believe that little bridge held up.

  • Hey amigo! are you josh Homme? Nice vids.

  • @Blasterwastelander Nope my name is Ryan. Glad you liked the video's.

  • I warm up with this kind of stuff, this is amateur at best.

  • @paniccat You warm up by riding to Panama? Wow you are bad ass.

  • Hey did you get to S. America? How did you decide to cross the Darien?

  • @mrmaxstorey The Darien stopped me, well that and running low on money.

  • @halfthrottle Bummer man Ive done a DC to San Diego trip and a FL to WA trip, I'm gearing up for the AK to Argentina next year on my GV1200, that Darien I hear is crazy. Nice video

  • @mrmaxstorey Most people ship their bike across the Darien, by boat or plane. If I remember right it was going to cost $650 for the bike, and $250 for my ticket to Columbia.

  • obviously youd bottom out i could see that from the start lol

  • haha should have taken a lighter bike. :P

  • What was the sacry thing? Driving through a traffic jam gives you less room (you can make a u turn on the bridge) and a lot of idots in their cars can crash you off the streets.....

Only scary thing I can see is; Will the brigde hold the massief weight of the GS.......

That can be tested.... just let 10 people jump in the middel of the bridge.... Stilll hanging after that...

    No problem, just drive.......

  • ok, now go type Brainrotting EXTRAS: Crossing a Colombian bridge, it's the first video, that's really amazing stuff!!!

  • fajna sprawa :) chciałbym kiedyś wybrać sie na taką wyprawe

  • that was insane. One mistake could be costly there.

  • dude that was awesome nice bike by the way.

  • @giant648 Thanks. That bike has been good to me.

  • riding in california traffic is fucking scary, ill cross foot bridges on 6th gear anyday in exchange for the eradication of all the cagers

  • @SoldierCyfix I'd take LA traffic over Mexico City, Guatemala City, Tegucigalpa, and San Salvador traffic. (Cities you would likely drive through on the way to the foot bridge in this video.)

  • Dude,, that was fuckin frightening just to watch....i will ride with u ANYWHERE,,,lol,,,great vid ride safe

  • @oxxzeusxxo Thanks, man. It was an adrenaline rush for sure. I wasn't so much scared as I was amped up.

  • big heavy lump, might be ok for touring but off road-forget it.

  • @shafro1 It's the Alpha and Omega of motorcycles. Deal with it.

  • gringo milagro no lo dejaron sin maletas jajaja

  • How was this a big deal?

  • @cvid2 The penalty for failure during a moment like this is immense. There isn't going to be an ambulance coming to save you if something goes wrong.

  • haha so funny when youre about to do it and crowd of people gets on the bridge xD

  • @littlesoldiergraba Yeah that was pretty confusing. I was waiting for the camera man to get out of the way, so I could take the last section with some speed. But that chicken bus pulled up and unloaded, and didn't give me the chance to go.

  • nice one lawl

  • if thats the most scariest thing uve done in your life then your life sucks

  • @77toyota One time I sat in my mom's basement jealous of other riders adventures and slammed their video's... that was pretty scary.

  • @halfthrottle try jumping out a perfectly good airplane!!!

  • @77toyota Can I jump tandem with your mom.

  • @halfthrottle as old as you look in the video your jokes suck man. cant you find any new material or is your dial up fuckin with ya. it sounds like you get stuff from 3 year olds

  • @77toyota Your Mom's 3 years old

  • @halfthrottle ohhhhhhhh! SNAP!

  • @halfthrottle how does one turn off the ads on your vids?

  • @ballm0use I'm not sure if there is a way to permanently turn off the ads. But there is a little "X" on the top right hand side of the of the ad that will hide it.

  • Sorry, but I just hate these bikes. Big, heavy, bulky, expensive things, why would you adventure on one...

  • @tosgem Would you really adventure on your WR250? This was a 13,000 mile trip.

  • @halfthrottle How did you know I have a WR250?!! I must have posted on another one of our vids? Anyway, I think so, yeah, I would adventure it, but only because it's the low maintenance, highly reliable WR250R/X model. I've already done 700 mile days on it, on highways and off road, and I see other people online adventuring with them. It's kind of unique among small bikes (125kg wet with my mods) in its power and low service intervals.

  • @tosgem Yeah you did post it on another one of my vids. My friend has a WR250, I think touring on it would be truly suicide inducing. Each to his own I guess.

  • lol no offense but its not looking like you have much off road experience in this vid, thanks for sharing, great experience. Love the "Yippy kai yai yay lol

  • hahahaha This "White Boy" is Fucking Funny it's cool he's wearing El salvador T shirt with the Salvadorian Flag Shield

  • seria bueno ke ballas a joder a otro lado

  • la verdad es que eso fue muy miedoso, pero emocionante. good job!

  • That gear seems to High. Does that bike have a lower gear fro off road ?

  • @biggles72 1st gear on the GS Adventure is lower for off road, but this is just the normal GS. First gear seems pretty low when I'm on the tarmac, and to high when I'm off road.

  • What happened you stalled? or bottemed out and got stuck?

  • I bottomed out and was stuck, had to take off the cargo boxes to lose some weight so we could lift it off, and get going again. I think the GS Adventure has lower gears, and a little more travel in the suspension, than my regular GS.

  • @halfthrottle Cool, Sweet ride, I will prob get the BMW 800 GS

  • im from El Salvador ese and i enjoyed watching dis video. . no sos culero papa. va. firme video. .

  • it's like driving a suv over the bridge... damn....

  • Man... I am from El Salvador, I love this video. But let me tell you, YOU GOT BALLS

  • Are you going to come to Taiwan when I start giving adventure tours?

  • I guess it all depends on my budget, but yeah I would love too!

  • i would wheelie across it fun fun man

  • lol... thats funny :p... im from 3l salvador n3xt tim3 visit ... playa san marcelino thats wh3r3 im from :p

  • Man, you went through some backwoods places! I hope it was because you wanted the adventure, because if you followed the CA1 Panamerican Highway (or the very scenic CA2 Coastal Highway) you would have been driving nice roads through El Salvador (among the best in Central America)

  • Yeah I was after a little adventure. El Salvador and Panama, both have great roads.

  • Super for your adventurous side! Just commented because many viewers might think that our countries are all like this (and they are! But there are other sides too)

  • Definitely. If there was a person who wanted to ride a Honda Goldwing through Central America, they would be just fine. There are plenty of nice roads.

  • i was not scare. you saw all those people walking next to your bike. they were not scare either

  • Yes you were scared. Yes you were!

  • muhahahahaha. el salvador <3

  • crazy white boy danm it wtf?? u were doing up there touring yooo danmm

  • Comment removed

  • i WAS SCARED JUST WATCHING!!

  • The people should have waited for the motorcycle to cross the bridge. If I were the cameraman, I would have run ! to the other side ! LOL

  • Agreed! I heard the first dude with the blue shirt say something like, "screw this, i'm not waiting for him. I'm hungry." Idiot. He should've run him over.

  • poor white boy, with out common sense

  • Que me perdones este Señor, pero al parecer no penso en ningun momento en la seguridad de las personas que transitaban en el puente, a parte de que bien pudo haber dañado la estructura, y haber causado accidentes posteriores.

  • Why did I watch this video?

  • Ryan, you are now qualified to carry a, "Warning: this Dude is Crazy" card.
