@LouishNucky10 Have you given the virtual pc enough ram. Have you given it enough HDD space. Does your computer have enough RAM to support your OS and the Virtual PC's OS. Blue screen is a FATAL error message. So it would consider not enough RAM as a fatal error.

@MegaSupermarin - Check to see if your CD drive is under a different letter, if it is the option may be labelled "Use Physical Drive F:" for example.

You can download a windows XP VHD (Virtual Hard Drive). make a new virtual machine but then select that XP VHD as your default virtual machine VHD. Please respond if it helped ;)
