Palm Pre how to change launcher and quicklaunch icons

Thanks for all the comments. unfortunately, brutus was taken by the cancer. I no longer use webos because sprint decided to axe all palm stuff. I can't wait to get the touchpad but it will have to wait.

At the moment apps can only be hidden by logging into the Linux OS on the phone and editing a file to make it invisible. You can delete apps you installed, but you can't remove the ones that come with it without modifying the phone.

All you need to do is touch and wait for the halo. Once the halo appears, drag the icon off the bar. You can't move the launcher arrow.
