diet is the key, you cant just go to dairy queen have a shake and then then do 1000 crunches and be pissed that your 6 pack isnt showing. diet is how you get defined and gain muscle weight.

if you have alot of bodyfat, and you want to get as small as you can,.would you stick to the cardio that the guy mentioned here?? or would i want to stick to the basic HIIT?
U realize the pictures u are looking at are photoshopped... Those very very dark "defined"(like u say) lines are simply photoshop dark smush... He does have low body fat but without proper lighting and photoshop it wont look like on the picture... So plz research before u talk u idiot.
Ps: This is coming from a pro bodybuilder. We are experts at making ourselves look even better then humanly possible.
@HowDidYouGetThisFar tis vury true, sometimes it's not even dark smush, it's just that they increase the sharpness and definition of the picture and thats it, sometimes it's just how the light is, but honestly when ur out in the sun the lines will usually look how they do in the pic, indoors however is a diff story :S

Monday - spartacus workout (2 circuits) followed by 20 to 30 minutes of steady cardio.
Tuesday - heavy weight training followed by hiit (running)
Wednessday - steady state cardio (max time) (stationary bike)
Thursday - heavy weight training followed by hiit (running)
Friday - spartacus workout (1 circuit) followed by 20 to 30 minutes of steady cardio.
