What makes Mr. Pham unhappy is he that he is a weak person. A great composer can create many different types of musics rather than only the music about himself. This is about creativity rather than clenching the teeth.
If you hate a VC too much, you may never listen to this song. I do not have effort to hate anyone, but I do not like this song too much to concern whether its composer is a VC or not.

Great singer, great song, and beautiful fall photos. Well Si Phu lived in North Calif after '75 and died there, Mr. Pham trong Cau lived in VN and died there. Cau was a student in Paris, I don't know what's field he studied. Too bad he was pro VC and died there in regrets
