I know that some home movie footage of bargoed exists from the 50's, 60's and 70's, i wonder if anybody knows who's got them, i would love to see them on youtube, Andrew.

Hi david, how are you?, thanks for your message and for telling me about your brief family history, about me as you asked. I grew up in Bargoed, in cardiff road to be presice, in a property called 'Gladstone villa'! its now known as redz, it has a bit of a spooky reputation, and i can confirm its true!! as i lived there in the 1970's!, hope you can reply.
