all i can say is, she should of looked both ways before walking across the street like that. am i right? or is it the drivers fault, i mean it wasn't a crosswalk. my dad ran over a guy in vegas who darted out in traffic, and the cops didn't even arrest him because there wasn't a crosswalk. they just let my dad go home after the paramedics came...fucked up huh? i love how people cross the street thinking they're the shit and everyone will stop for them

It's that dumb ass bus drivers fault.. As a public bus driver you are told to always protect your side where the passengers get on and off the bus. His right should have been protected so nothing comes between the bus and the road but a park car or sidewalk. dumb ass driver
