she was cute. your plant starts look great. where did you get the open pollinated hybrid tomato seeds. all my hybrids dont say if they are or not? I guess I could call burpee and ask but being a seed company they dont want me to know. thanks
Nice start. I should start some indoors, but I worry it's too soon. It's warm now but we get unpredictable cold fronts moving in. Starting indoors too soon doesn't work for me because my plants get spindly.
lol, Jiana : ) Gilly pulls out the little plants, luckily just the strawberry runners at the moment, they will be strewn out in the hallway by morning, all wilted with dried up roots. The fun (and practice) she gets is far more important than a few unlucky plants : ) Last year I had a screen up in the window, but I'm currently stringing up a barrier over the backyard to keep the hawks away from Gilly! There were two hunting small mammals yesterday... Priorities : )
@paulgem123 Thanks, yes they are regular cool whites. Just the cheap kind you find at Walmart. I haven't really experimented with other light spectrums yet.
@loislaney23 I Agree! :) But I'm glad she is taking a interest in Gardening! She seems to love to hang out near our indoor light setup! Daddy is always worried - which seedling is going to be laying on the floor next to the trays lol.
