At 10:42 a cop gives some dude in a white shirt a ticket for crossing the street on red.
There's a guy in the first 5 minutes with a white scooter. He's doing laps or he's a deliver or something. You can see it several times throughout the first 5 or 7 minutes.
They seriously need to close Spring and have it pedestrian only from 3rd to 8th St. It has gotten so big it was only a matter of time before someone was hit by a car and unfortunatley it happened on the last art walk when that baby was killed.
@gincase They're parked there because the LAPD is there to help patrol traffic and make sure the crown stays under control. There's been a lot of talk of closing down the street for this event as it'll make everyone's lives much easier and safer, even for the LAPD.
