I'm a new U.S. customer who only once used Paymate "service" in Nov 2009, it's been a terrible experience. After many polite inquiries i can't get a reply from them regarding the status of my order nor get a refund.
I was cautious about using the service but all appeared legit/professional.Reality is another matter. I feel ripped off twice over- by the original NZ seller who has my $240 and Paymate. How hard could it be to respond, just update me about the status of the inquiry?
