The only, one possible way, I could even see how this could remotely be useful, is if you want to watch a movie/look at a picture from your ps3 on your psp, while running something else on the tv, and even then, probably ten times easier to just move the file onto the psp.

feel stupid now but i found the answer to my problem...

all you hav to do is connect ur psp to ur ps3 via "usb cable" and put it in "usb mode", then from ur ps3, press triangle on the game in question and select "copy". this will automatically make the game playable on ur psp. sorted
