dude is one of the best hard rock singers ever. sick. saw them a handful of times in the 90s. once when they were opening for the Offspring. There were all teeny bopper girls there with their dads waiting for the Offspring to come on and going, "Like oh my God, what kind of music is this?" Funny shit. I asked one of the dads if he had any papers and he goes, "I am here with my daughter." and I go, "Does she have any papers?"

I don't agree about the "wrong era". Quicksand opened new doors in terms of music in the 90's. They inspired so many newcomers... this may be the difference between a band and a legend ! Quicksand has changed the face of music for ever.
