they were coming in so they dressed hostages as terrorists so while

shooting was going on everyone runs around, then swat shoots tero look a likes

not , just use your mind to understand

BAM BAM! and its not like it was all the hostages disguised just enough to trick those damn swatss. Oh well, season ended awhile back , well just have to watch iris 2 when it comes out and see how the story continues.
