It's called "Smoke on the water" by Deep Purple and is one of most famous rocksongs in history. Every guitarist can play the intro.

if it's japanese, then why would the subtitles be in japanese as well? the singing is chinese, the transalation is japanese.

It's been a trend in Japan to use subtitles on their tv programs because there are deaf people and even people who can hear still like to read the lyrics, they are a very literate nation.
