@MEGAMANMM This frustrated me throughout the duration that I could painstakingly grind through. To do a review and not even know to check all the buttons is redonkulous and crazy like a sammich with no legs!
ugh ok dude I love this game but apparently I am the only one. Here is the problem you have controlling the captain: A isn't the 'fireball' button, its the powers button. If you hit select you can cycle between fire, wind, water, earth, and heart (that icon in the top left corner). Then you can turn into any one of those with the a button. Turning into wind or water can get you through that slime waterfall and keep you unharmed from any other slime in the level.
Dude, you switch powers in both gameplay modes in this game by pressing start. You were whoring out wheelers attack of choice without even knowing it. This is coming from someone who bought this piece of dung at 50$ when this crap first came out. you have no idea how I felt after receiving this game as a gift from my father. **** this game.
Earth, fire, wind (air), and water are the 4 elements. That's why Fire is in there. And they added in Heart to represent compassion and the good that is in people.
We get it, the game isnt great, but dying +10x is annoying to the viewers. Sure reviewing videogames is I'm sure fun, but there is actual work you need to do.
I stopped the vid at 3:42. That death annoyed the fuck out of me. This video's time probably could have been cut in half.
You have to use your different powers in the captain planet stage. I think its Earth that for some reason turns you into a glob of sludge that'll allow you to pass unharm throw the green slime. Wind will allow you to go through the vents, and so on. Still perhaps THE most horrible game for the NES, but I just thought Id let you know ;)
really need to turn the game sound down, can hardly hear what your saying.

i'd say that i like the unplugged cd the best. but then agiain i love them all big time.
by the way i bought this game to play on my brand new "retro duo" system but its not compadible with the controllers so you cant play it.
also did you hear the brand new alice in chains song???
