I have just come back from long lay of from back injury and I have to say that these new rules are a bit of a shambles at times. I am not saying it is the actual rules, but the interpretation of them.
It will probably take a while to settle down, but I cannot get my head around them. Every game I play seems to have different rules.

The IRB's message accompanying these videos was that sealing off is to be dealt with according to law. PENALTY. Regrettably, the top levels of the game still employ this tactic, though there has been some evidence of referees trying to ensure that rucks can still be contested..
