@TechcityChannel I used to do about 50 pu's a sitting and do tht as many times a day as possible id say just max out (do as many as you can) and do tht 2 or 3 times a day. You will get results and u will know when its happening cuz u will be able to do more pu's at 1 time

@AssassinVenice Allow your muscles to rest. Recuperation is one of the most important parts of building muscle. In your early teens, it's normal not to have a lot of muscle. As you grow older, you'll probably get a bit more muscular due to hormonal change. Don't worry about big muscles yet. Just stay in shape, do sports that you enjoy! You're too young to start building big muscles ;) Oh and if you do want to work out, technique/posture/form is most important!! Not how much you can lift!
@TRSRM if your 14 you can lift weights bro.. but if your worried about height just dont do much, dont squat or power clean or any push jerk or any power lifts, basic bench press and dumbell curls, tricep pull downs etc can build basic strength and muscle and it wont effect your height

I would start lifting dumbbells or Barbells first for like 1 or 2 weeks before I go back to Pushups. And then Go back. If you still hear the clicking after that keep doing them. A week later they will most likely stop.

@dontdareforget123 yes normal pushups are actually bad for your wrists its better to do them on your knuckels, also try a towel folded a little so it wont hurt them as much
Actually is better to not bend the wrist, is consider an abnormal position for it, is better to use the push up bar tools, your wrist will be not bending causing pain and you will be able to use your wrist in a straight position, much more comfortable for the wrist and you will be able to do more push ups without compromising your wrist causing a gradual lesion to it.
@adnan6831 Well that works too, but it will take you like a few years to get some strong and good looking chests. But my advice is to try and get a 1 month break and do 30 push ups. And by the way I did Lol'd at your comment :D.

@idreespower dude before exercising, it's your diet. or eating habit. if you are eating healthy you should look healthy with almost any type of work out. since more than 50% of the work is what you do after it, meaning eating right and resting. so before killing yourself with any kind of exercises, work on your meals.

@RJZamorra No dont work out doing push ups every day. Your muscles need to rest at least 24-48 hours. Since you just started i would rest 48 hours. If you dont you will never see results. Maintain a good diet. This is what i would do.... Eat about 5-7 times a day. Smaller meals that dont have alot of fat. This will help you out because when you eat 3 times a day you are generally eating big meals. This means you got more calories that you probably aint going to burn. Then those caliores will...

if you want to ruin your wrists you can do it like this.
i would suggest to make a fist and put your knuckle joints on the ground.
(put towel or piece of carpet under your fist for protection)
and avoid bending your wrists in an odd angle if you put a load on it.

@idreespower dude before exercising, it's your diet. or eating habit. if you are eating healthy you should look healthy with almost any type of work out. since more than 50% of the work is what you do after it, meaning eating right and resting. so before killing yourself with any kind of exercises, work on your meals.

@RJZamorra No dont work out doing push ups every day. Your muscles need to rest at least 24-48 hours. Since you just started i would rest 48 hours. If you dont you will never see results. Maintain a good diet. This is what i would do.... Eat about 5-7 times a day. Smaller meals that dont have alot of fat. This will help you out because when you eat 3 times a day you are generally eating big meals. This means you got more calories that you probably aint going to burn. Then those caliores will...
