  • How did they get Christopher Lee to do this??!

  • 3:05 "Oh no! they're tame dogs!"

  • lol, both of these campy classics are available for preorder on Amazon.

  • @DrCyclops1 How is this movie campy? Please explain.

  • geez captain america can't you see the dogs just want to play.

  • You can say Hi to Reb Brown on Facebook.

    Great show in the day.

  • Like this if Conan brought you here ; )

  • can anyone tell me what prison this is?

  • lol i barely remember this

  • coolilikethis tv series and all kinds of classic tv seris in the 1970s and 1980s extc cool ideas live action at its best what happen to todays classic tv even cartoons its not the same like 70s and 80s cartoons and live action ideas nothing agaisnt ideas of todays

  • captain america looks like the japanese "karmen rider" here... this movie killed my love for Captain America

  • wow the scene at 3:10 with the dogs is really believable..i could really believe those dogs are really angry at Cap' what with theyre tail wagging and jumpy attitude..yup they really are beasts

  • 3:10 pure cinema ! Best action movi ever

  • coolest bike ever of all times

  • anybody notice the poor editing. watch from 1:15. he's holding his shield and then when they show him walk in front of his bike holding the shield, the bike already has the shield attached. then magically the shield he was holding dissapeared. real high budget stuff :P I still like it though. i think its the music for me.

  • I love how the shield benders with the dogs, but stop a bullet

  • wtf is this shit

  • USA! USA! USA! USA!!!!!!

  • Neat how his sheild doubles as his motorcycles' wind screen. I admire the creativity.

  • Dude, that was amazing. I hope the new movie is half as entertaining as that was. Wow.

  • I never knew this existed! Cheesy but I kinda wanna watch more. Thanks for sharing!

  • I can hardly express how proud this video makes me to be an American (especially the part with two dogs). Thank you Captain America. *Salutes the Star Spangled Banner*

  • i saw this as kidd and thought it was the bomb. Man kids are easily impressed i still think that bike is sweet though

  • Youre right the bike is still bitchin after 30 years. I hope in the upcoming movie Cap will have a motorcycle too.

  • @Cavillier1970 He is actually riding a Indian motorcycle in the new movie..whichh is inaccurate because the US ARMY used Harley Knuckleheads

  • @harveydents Have you seen any pics yet of it?

  • its lame but in 1979 I guess they had an idea where jap motorcycles were going as far as design. weird that capt America wouldnt ride and American bike tho.

  • that bike was a TT500 and a great bike for the period.

  • The incredible flexi-shield, the super-strength, the hang glider-cycle (that must require super leg muscles for the bike not to fall away)...face it, true believers, this Captain America's got it ALL!

  • CAPTAIN AMERICA IS THE MAN!

did you see that hang glider motorcycle! oh man! what i would give to have one of those!

  • ROFL! Omg this is amazing!

  • "make sure its a triple dose", Henchman: "UH...OK!"

  • I can hardly express how proud this video makes me to be an American. Thank you Captain America RIP

  • is there 2 captain america movies?

    ive only seen the frist.

  • Reb Brown is a God!!!!

  • HAHAAHA

Friggin great!! When those dogs attach you can see the "oh crap" look on his face...expecialy when that plastic shield starts floppin all around hahaha...great stuff....i'm cryin here ;-P

  • Without movies like these we wouldn't be where we are now.

Yes it looks like crap if you compare it to movies we have now...

But try comparing this to videos from that age and you'll find that series like this one and spiderman (70's) are anything BUT crap !

  • The costume was good for its time and the helmet was a nice idea, but I really don't like the see-through shield. What's up with that ?! Cap's motorcycle is probably the best element in this version... ESPECIALLY in the scene when the hang-glider pops out !

  • the shield is see-through so when he covers himself with it he can still see the bad guy DUH u stupid shit

  • the scene where he rides into the building, checkes a map and then rides out again is genius.

  • the vivious puppies just wanna play!

  • Chris Lee kicks ass, there could be only him LOL and there would be lot of people who would watch it, including me too :D

  • the shield is in bullet-stopping glass like cops use for their cars

  • I remember this from when I was a kid. Good stuff.

  • anyone notice how he threw his motorcycle up there, then somehow it was floating down, safely

  • his shield just looks like plastic not metal

  • LMAO his shield is PLASTIC. Ok not to be a geek but it's supposed to be stronger the wolverine's skeleton.

  • Captain America

  • the question is: has Christopher Lee played in every b genre movie there ever was?

  • he couldve just shield bashed those dogs, they were waggin their tails like they were happy to see him

  • can throw motorbikes around, bend steel bars yet cannot handle mere dogs.

  • i stumbled on too part1 years ago. it was an

interesting take on cap. i think i like him better without the powers. but its a good movie.

  • gotta love them 70's soundtracks....

  • how does a plastic sheild stop bullets???? even the dogs bent it.....

  • By 1979 standards it was concidered the norm... for Television.

One thing I hated about these live action superhero shows in the 70's, was the lack of any real Supervillians.

  • Finally, what everyone wanted to see - Captain America versus some dogs! Clearly, Ang Lee was paying homage to this scenein his Hulk movie.

  • I got ya on both bro.......they both had an animated and live action shows in the 70's.

    Sadly they were both caned

  • Actually, there was no actual Cap live-action series. These were televisions (two total) that were follow-ups of sorts to the Capt. America movie serials from the 1940's. This Steve Rogers is the son of that Cap.

  • Wow, this "action" scene really moves! Woah!

  • that motorcycle helmet is boss

  • That stunt driver is pretty good!

  • Captain's bike had Knight Rider's tubro boost noise!

  • He might be cheesy but he looks great in that outfit... I have a weakness for superheroes...

  • Its a shame this wasnt made into a series.

  • THATS CHRISTOPHER LEE! Hammer Films DRACULA! And STARWARS COUNT DOOKU DARTH TYRANUS! LORD of the RINGS etc! One the Greatest Actors EVER! DAM! Must've needed the money.

  • @WZ912 Christopher Lee should've played Doctor Doom in this movie.

    -R78

  • @Rodimus78 yep! he's plays the perfect villian

  • WONDER WOMAN! The MOVIE! EARLY 7O's Staring CATHY LEE CROBSY! (GOOD ACTRESS WRONG PART!) Before the LYNDA CARTER TV SERIES! You would NOT KNOW it was Wonder Woman. Unless you saw the OPENING CREDITS! NO POWERS! NO COSTUME! NO DYE! A BLONDE Wonder Woman! She wore a Red White & Blue Track Suit Top with a Mini Skirt! With Red Knee high BOOTS! WEIRD! THAT makes THIS! Look like SUPERMAN 1 & 2!

  • this is awesome. how cool was that wheely he pops? and that brutal dogfight!! im amazed something this hardcore was ever on tv.

  • super soldier formula

  • maybe he didn't want to harm the dogs. He is humane...you know...he is not a heartless person.

  • I love how they painted his face blue beneath the visor XD

  • I want that costume, and the glider/bike.

  • Captain American has always been super strong and fast. he fought along side wolverine in WWII before the weapon X project. i kinda like how they integrated the bike helmet into his suit

  • sigh , those halcyon days before CG ruled the world . Im amazed Caps er Shield , didnt blow off his bike , let alone deflect bullets .

I like er skydiver captain though .

    cool clip thanks

  • in the movie..its a windshield that detaches to become a shield. The shield was always bullet proof.
