@mastergfbspr You need a GTAIV ISO disk. How to get one-ebay or make one. There are great tutorials on how to make a GTAIV ISO disk buy it requires a few things. And you need to hotswap by taking apart your Xbox360 or doing it the easy way with 3 discs. Just look it up on youtube and I promise if you have the right tools you can do this.

@muska4life123 1 - That's not possible on the 360 since you'd need to add a menu and program code. As must of the games are hotswapped and burned, you'd not be able to run unsigned code without a JTAG. Also, the file you "mod" must be lesser or equal to the game's original size otherwise it will fail. Just a life lesson. It was more than likely on the PC version, or you're just coming to conclusions.

@muska4life123 Also, every single weapon is modded manually. Every car is also modded manually. They do have the ability to re-arrange some code to make certain vehicles to certain things (or just drive normal) to keep people like you from asking questions.

@mymovienerd reporting somebody will do nothing. your best bet is to have a moderator friend. then whenever you meet a modder, you just invite a moderator. believe it or not, when they get caught by a moderator, they will get a perm ban. with a xbl moderator its a perm ban from xbl, with a rockstar moderator its a perm ban from gta iv.

what would be really revolutionary in the gta saga, is custom modding to your vehicles. Like if it has some sort of template of the car, you can edit it and add shit onto it. But it would have to be approved by rockstar. Still, I don't see that working. I don't want to get banned for just making a green buzzard, though.
