Lmao! This video is hilarious and informative. Just one thing. Let's say my goal is 1800 cals per day. Isn't breaking it up into 6 meals of 300 cals difficult? There's very little margin for error. If you're over just 40 calories a meal that's an extra 240 cals per day 1680 cals per week.
Real bacon, the saturated fats will lead to a better anabolic effect with an increase in testosterone. Also it is not as processed as turkey bacon, oh and turkey bacon tastes like shit.

Hi Ava, great vblog!!! I train 2-3 times a week depending on my schedule with 5 days a week fat burn cardio, 2 of those days being HIIT Cardio. I am a raw vegetarian but I do eat eggs as an exception. After about 2 weeks, I get extremely exhausted, I just want to sleep all the time? I am thinking its a carb issue(which is what I end up craving) , but I am scared to eat too many carbs! Any suggestion s to why this moght be, or is this normal?
oh my gosh this was soo real! Im embarrased to say I go through this on a regular basis... Id like to know how I can eat a healthy diet with very little food prep.. I do not cook.. And I am a very picky eater.. How bad would a diet of a sandwich, yoguart, soup, water, be? for a few months? - whole grain bread. light miricle whip. Fat free chicken deli meat, light yoguart, and campbells light soups. I just always feel overwhelmed.. this diet I can do, but will it help me loose weight?

Omg, Your videos are best. So Informative, and I love the out takes at the end........too funny. Turkey Bacon is the best . Jenne-O Extra Lean brand is really good and with 3 grams of protein and only half a gram of fat per slice, You can't beat it. If you want a little more taste try Louis Rich Turkey Bacon. Although you do add slightly more fat at 2.8 grams and slightly less protein at 2.1 grams per slice. Overall, you just can't go wrong with Turkey Bacon.
I'm sorry about that. Here in South Florida I believe that the Ultimate Chicken Grill is like a #6 or something. And if you're at Wendy's and they don't have it, try a plain baked potato or a small chili :)

Omg, Your videos are best. So Informative, and I love the out takes at the end........too funny. Turkey Bacon is the best . Jenne-O Extra Lean brand is really good and with 3 grams of protein and only half a gram of fat per slice, You can't beat it. If you want a little more taste try Louis Rich Turkey Bacon. Although you do add slightly more fat at 2.8 grams and slightly less protein at 2.1 grams per slice. Overall, you just can't go wrong with Turkey Bacon.

I'm sorry about that. Here in South Florida I believe that the Ultimate Chicken Grill is like a #6 or something. And if you're at Wendy's and they don't have it, try a plain baked potato or a small chili :)

These videos are getting better every time! But one quick question, what are your thoughts on protein shakes... Are there any downsides to those? I sometimes replace meals with them... Especially Lean Body or Muscle Milk... Any thoughts on that? Thanks!

Actually regular bacon is healthier than turkey bacon, reason being ------- it takes [23] chemical processes to create turkey bacon!!! YIKES!!!

its regular bacon they have the same calories and the same grams of fat just turkey bacon has more sodium then regular
