The votes in Florida and Michigan were illegal votes. Her rationale is that of a football team that goes 8-8 during the regular season trying to count their 4 preseason wins because the 10-6 tea was 0-4 during preseason. The rules were agreed to by both parties and like everything she does, she tried to backtrack and flip flop. Even if Obama loses, the fact that she'll never be president is good enough for me. She gamed on name recognition in Florida and got some votes in Michigan from voters that had Obama as their first choice. Uncommitted however was clearly and anti-Clinton vote. If those states had legal primaries the turnout would be 4 or 5 million not a mere equal to Ohio, who has about a third of the citizens. Clinton won a lot of states on name recognition. Obama has won fair and square and would win right now against Hillary with bigger margins. Obama for instance would win CA now by 13 pts!

The rules and bylaws committee stated that they imposed the 100% delegate loss for 2 reason 1. To deter other states from moving their primaries forward 2. If anything less than a 100% loss was imposed, they would have had to clarify a a vague rule about the candidates not being able to campaign in the state (If they had used the 50% automatic punishment for example) they would have had to determine exactly how they define "campaign" These are not sufficient reasons to not count 2,300,000 votes

Every vote from Florida should count. Their democratic party had no say in moving the date. The democrats in Florida didnt break the rules and even tried to move it back to Feb 5th, it was the republicans.
