Yeah, he's so good at the game that he just stacks extra lives to the point where he can afford to get up and move around, eat, go to the bathroom, possibly take a nap or two.

he stacks up a ton of lives as you can see in the vid until hes in "storage", where the game wont let anymore in w/o losing fps, he then just uses the restroom
