That giant reactor is what makes this map interesting. That's what I saw in the image on the blog.

Go to Options -> Advanced and check "enable developer console". Then press the ~ key to open the console. Use the command "sv_cheats 1" then "thirdperson". Most servers do not allow cheats, so you have to create your own match to do so.

how do you bring up that window where you type in codes? and what do you type in to play in 3rd person?

your playing on the 360 version arent you, if so you cant bring it up,

ohhh then you just press the button that right under the escape button and if that doesnt work than go to options and you might have to turn on the option to access the developer console
