in my country youre not allowed to have no health insurance, everywone pays health insurance, around 120-150 dollar, you can buy extra's on that, the system is way from perfect, but when needed somewone does get surgery when needed, also some medication is added to the insurance, this way you spread cost for everywone, avoiding a situation where you might go horrible debt because of an illness
If Romney promises to end "Obamacare" why should people who lose their healthcare insurance because of Romney's cancellation of Obamacare vote for Romney? If Romney is promising to deliver George W. Bush economic policy part 2 why should people expect anything different this time around? Taking gov't spending out is only going to cause even worse economic damage than W's policy. The gov't is the biggest customer for various businesses. Romney can't deliver or would be a fool to deliver these.
