Almost sounds like an alternate tone of the old ACA Alertronic 6000's, which are still standing but disconnected, since '97. There were 10 of them, 8 in the city and two in or close to the valley. Three of them have been replaced with ATI sirens, that are tested every monday and they don't sound like this....

@Deltarogers 4 of them were replaced with ATI's and another 9 were installed in Corunna, Aamjiwnaang, and Point Edward. If the budget passes...Sarnia will be installed up to 11 more ATI's in 2013 and 2014.

@infinitecanadian Well I was asking because I think most modulators use ultra voice cards and some EOWS do but some EOWS have their origanal EOWS card

@JMAN123436 This sounds like an EOWS 1212 Siratone to me, but the sound-card from that model is the one used in Modulators, I think.

@infinitecanadian Yeah I can't decide whether this a mod or EOWS 1212. There is a mod not 200 feet from the camera person and that siren sounds like it's close but not that close...possibly one of the old 1212's about 1/2 a mile away on Indian Road.

Great sounding siren! It's pretty scary though sounding at night.

that is really funny sounding. They have the same in Durham County near Pickering/Oshawa they are usually single tonned.

INFO - Acoustic Technology Incorporated in Arizona, is the siren company

ATI SoundBlaster HPSS32 is the siren.

@megs905 EOWS 1212's @ ESSO. The ATI's make a loud beep noise there are only four in Sarnia and they are city-operated. Not heard in this video.

@Pherous Pulsed wail tone, only useable on electronic sirens or ones (Such as the 3t22 or the thunderbolt 1003) with solenoids to cut off airflow
